PhotoDerm and ND:Yag are non-invasive medical systems that use light therapy/laser to eliminate vascular lesions, unsightly discolorations, and unwanted hair. Dr. Kongsiri personally performs the following laser treatments:
- Laser Hair Removal with Sciton Profile
- Laser Vein Removal with Sciton Profile
- MicroLaser Peel
- Laser Skin Resurfacing

The natural consequences of aging on our skin include sun damage, freckles, age spots, acne scarring, enlarged pores, and redness caused by broken capillaries and rosacea. Photorejuvenation reduces these signs of aging using non-invasive, painless pulses of light. |

Photodynamic therapy (PDT) uses light and a light-sensitive dye to treat skin conditions and cancer. PDT ensures high precision by targeting only the tissue in and near the treatment area. Dr. Kongsiri uses Levulan for the treatment of sun-damaged skin and acne.

For patients who desire a younger appearance of the mid-face, brow and neck without undergoing surgery, a minimally invasive procedure is available. FDA-approved Contour Threads™ are thin, flexible sutures threaded underneath the skin.

Hylaform® or hylan B gel is FDA-approved to temporarily reduce minor lines and wrinkles on the face by adding volume to the skin. Hylaform is made with purified hyaluronic acid, a sugar found naturally in the body that works with collagen to keep the skin smooth and supple.
RESTYLANE® is designed to smooth wrinkles, sculpt lips and shape facial contours. It is a clear gel composed of hyaluronic acid, a natural substance that is found throughout your body. The most common areas for treatment are between the eyebrowsfrom the root of the nose to the angle of your mouth. |

Furrows and deep wrinkles are caused by contractions of the underlying facial muscles of expression. When you smile, laugh or frown, you deepen these lines. Although you may feel you have earned every one of them with life's dealings, BOTOX® treatments can prevent you from having to show them anymore.

Collagen is a naturally occurring protein found in the second layer of skin which “plumps up” the skin, joints, bones and ligaments. Injections counteract the effects of gravity, sun exposure and years of facial muscle movement by filling out sunken areas and smoothing lines for a rejuvenated look.

Acne scars can be treated in a variety of ways including certain skin care products, chemical peels, laser or pulsed light treatments, soft tissue fillers, dermabrasion and microdermabrasion. Dr. Kongsiri will work with you to determine the best treatment method.

Thermage™ is a quick, easy and non-invasive alternative to a face lift. Using painless radiofrequency energy, Thermage "lifts" and tightens loose and sagging skin to restore youthful vigor to patients' faces. The Thermage device stimulates collagen production and temporarily reduces wrinkles while keeping the skin surface cool and comfortable. There is no incision or recovery time. Results last about two years—much longer than you can expect from BOTOX® or tissue fillers like collagen.

The process of chemical peeling is a technique used to improve the appearance of the skin by removing superficial layers of dead skin cells. This will help to eliminate fine wrinkles and lines, dull or rough textured skin, and discolorations like sunspots, age spots, liver spots, freckles and splotching.
Facial peels help exfoliate the damaged layer to reveal the younger, healthier skin beneath. Made of natural fruit and plant extracts, essential oils, vitamins, collagen, elastin or other ingredients, facials are a faster and gentler alternative to laser resurfacing. |
A gentle stream of tiny particles exfoliates the outer layer of skin and provides a fresh, glowing, younger appearance. The particles scrape away the surface layer of aging or damaged skin, which is then brushed off with the microdermabrasion vacuum tool with no need for anesthesia.
